Type “order status” into the storewide Find field to access the status page. The email address, phone number, and order number are required to access the page. After loggin, you will see the current status. For your safety, credit card numbers and associated billing addresses are omitted. You receive an email alert whenever someone from a different IP address attempts to access your information.
While an order is active, it is possible to append comments for the customer service department. This is useful for answering questions about card authorization since the comments remain on the secure server and are not transmitted via email. A button is available to address an external email message and populate the subject field with the order number.
Customer service is alerted via email when an order comment is made. Posting a comment and then sending an email to tell us what you did is redundant. With the “private” checkbox, the email alert says login to read the message. Otherwise the body of the status page comment is included in the email to customer service.
You cannot alter line items or address information within the portal. Request changes by adding a note in the message field for customer service to edit the form.
When a shipment has left its destination, you can easily track the status by clicking on its tracking number on the status page. You can also print out a duplicate copy of your invoice after delivery.
